Sarah Herskovits

Sarah is the Director of Behavioral Health Services for Suffolk Primary Health and Summer Hill, where she leads mental health initiatives across both organizations.

She earned her Bachelor's degree from Touro College and her Master's degree from Adelphi University, and completed her SIFI certification from Wurzweiler University. Sarah lives in Nassau County with her family and enjoys hosting gatherings, listening to music, reading, and attending concerts and sports games. Fun fact: She grew up a die-hard Mets fan but her son successfully converted her to the Yankees!

Heather began her career as a Project Manager, a role she excelled in for nearly two decades. After studying Business Administration, Nursing, and Sonography it became clear

Heather spent nearly two decades building her career in project management, where she developed a passion for organization, efficiency, and bringing ideas to life. Along the way, she explored studies in Business Administration, Nursing, and Sonography.
All of those paths ultimately led her here to Summerhill, where she’s found the perfect fit, bringing together her background, passions, and experience in a way that feels both natural and fulfilling. She works on a wide range of projects and tasks, supporting operations and helping things run smoothly day to day.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys exploring new food experiences, embracing spontaneous adventures, and spending quality time with family and friends while also keeping up with the busy and rewarding life of being a mom.

She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from NYU in May 2019 and has been practicing professionally since then. Rochell lives in Hicksville, NY with her son and enjoys sports, especially baseball and basketball, following the Mets, Knicks, and Jets. She also has a creative side and loves arts and crafts. Fun fact: she enjoys bringing creativity into both her work and personal life, finding unique ways to connect with and support others.

Heather Dishuk began her career as a hospital nurse, where she gained more than a decade of hands-on experience caring for patients with diverse needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University and her Family Nurse Practitioner license from Long Island University. Heather is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to every patient she meets. She lives in North Babylon and enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and their dog, as well as relaxing at the beach and traveling.

I also use EMDR, ACT, IFS, family therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client. Her favorite hobbies include playing tennis, watching old movies, and reading classic books. She has been a proud member of the Folio Society based in London, England since 1988. Yolette has three adult children,Charles, Gwenevere, and Franklin. A year ago, she relocated to Orlando, Florida with her youngest, Frankie, and has been very happy ever since.

Susan is a Licensed Master Social Worker who completed her undergraduate studies at Queensborough Community College and Queens College, and went on to earn her master’s degree from Hunter College. She brings ten years of experience working with children ages 5–21 as a care manager and is highly trained in motivational interviewing, solution-focused interventions, and supporting individuals with anxiety and depression. Susan’s long-term goal is to work with people across all stages of life while continuing to refine her skills as a mental health provider. She has a strong interest in trauma-focused work and plans to obtain her EMDR certification in the future. Born and raised in Queens, Susan loves to travel (and eat) and now enjoys bringing her family along on her adventures. Fun fact: She’s always up for trying something new,she’s gone on a hot air balloon ride in Florida, skydived on Long Island, zip-lined in Jamaica, fed animals at a safari drive-thru in Alabama, swam inside cenotes in Mexico, and even jumped off waterfalls in the Dominican Republic.
